Case ID D-116721383 I received a message that this was closed in the merchants favor because they supplied 2 different tracking numbers, neither of which are about what I ordered, one is 33 lbs, and sent from Amazon, the other is less than a pound and both were sent to addresses other than mine, how do I get this info to paypal.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
