HOW TO GET TELEPHONE SUPPORT FOR PAYPAL HK AS A CUSTOMER?

I've followed the instructions on pages such as https://www.paypal.com/hk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-contact-paypal-hong-kong-customer-service-faq19...

However, I never have the "Call Us" option.

I have been trying to solve a limit on my account for SEVEN WEEKS using the resolution center, and every answer does not seem to read my question.  In the last ten days, I am only getting an automated FAQ-type answer, saying that if it doesn't answer please respond with more information.  I've done so six times and only get the same FAQ-type answer.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
