Paypal took my money.

my account was limited with 132 $. now it shows as 0$. paypal stole my money. Its shows as below

"$132.12 USD;PayPal Posting Date:Feb 17, 2021;Payment to:Paypal;PayPal is withdrawing funds from your account in compliance with a court order in the matter of <removed> LLC v <removed> al; Case No. 120CV06194."

If its a court order then paypal have legally confiscated the funds.
