HELP! Someone has used my account to accept funds

Hi, I am trying desperately to get in touch with someone as I was a victim of a scam last night! I thought I was helping a friend who evidently was hacked and without me knowing this I received money on their behalf on PayPal and withdrew and sent it to them! I only began to question when a second payment came in and then I realised her Facebook account had been hacked and I’m currently talking to a scammer! I now have fraudulent money sitting in my paypal account as I refused to pay the fraudster the cash! I woke up this morning to find my PayPal is now limited! Can someone please help! I don’t need this right now!!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
