*HELP* - Buyer refuses to return item and demands full refund!

I sold a card to a buyer with g&s. He is demanding a refund because the card wasn't in the condition he wanted. I am happy to give a refund but he is refusing the send the card back until he gets his refund. Buyer has filed a dispute and is demanding a full refund, or that he keeps the card and I send him back almost all of his money (the card is worth more than he is offering). Is there anyway to ensure I receive my card back, or am I about to be out an extra $150 on top a $200 refund?
