Ok we were on vacation paid 128.93 with a transaction fee to this guy to remotely fix my husband's phone which is a note 10 plus not even a year old ok he sent a text saying he fixed it and we got home 2 days ago and guess what the phone did not work and he did not fix it I have tried 3 times to text him he will not respond I even had my son try to text him and he won't get back to him
We did not have the phone with us no reason to take it so that's why we didn't know it wasn't fixed until a couple days ago I used my chase Visa and went through PayPal
Now can I get my money back? We had to go and drive over a hundred miles and pay another 55.00 dollars to get it fixed yesterday and NOW IT WORKS
