Here is my question, pay pal tells me buyer paid send item, item sent tracking show item received. Two month later case open by buyer stating they didn’t auth. Payment. Pay pal advices me case open non auth payment. After Pay Pal told me item payment send item. Ok now track shows item received. Money might be on hold. No mention of item what where anything about the item. Will get back to you. Email received tell buyer received refund. I guess Pay Pal **bleep** up .No one says that of course email received tell me case closed and I being a good customer don’t have anything to worry about that case solved and have a nice day. What about the item he gets refund and item and you get have a nice day and slap against you. After I the seller follow all the rules money might be on hold then Have a nice day ?Go figure ,WHEW thank for listening .
