I’m trying to find away to talk to a human about my account. I tried to transfer money I received out of account and it didn’t go through. I then tried 3-4 times different amounts it must have set off security algorithm. Now account frozen with all money and have responded to emails with I’d picture ect and haven’t received a response. Any ideas

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
