Hi can anyone please help? We have logged onto paypal for the first time in a while and have discovered that roughly £360 has been debited over the last month or so to roblox. We have not made these payments, £200 has come out of our bank account via the debit card attached to paypal, the bank has refunded that amount to us, but the other £160 came straught from our PayPal balance, how do we get the £160 paypal money back? I have tried to open a case using the PayPal resolution centre but it just keeps saying i cannot dispute a transaction of this kind?? We need that £160 back it was meant to be used to buy a new mattress for our babys new toddler bed Many thanks in advance
