I got an email from paypal to purchase some Neosurf vouchers to release funds for a purchase. I purchased these but realised this was a potential scam . It came from paypal as sender. Has anyone else got caught to this? what is the recourse from paypal?? I cannot get anyone from paypal on the phone despite staying on line for nearly an hour using the 1800 number. What is the solution to get this money back 😞 ?
