I Have Purchased Neosurf Vouchers as I Have Been Asked! The Total of These is More Than the Goods are Worth! I’m Being Asked for More! I Have emailed PayPal & Am Being Informed that Money Will not be Released to Me Till I Do!!! Is This a Scam????

Yes of course its a scam, why would paypal be dealing in another companies vouchers?
