Made a purchase on 6/15/20 for $74. The seller took my money then sent a tracking number. The tracking number said it was delivered May 25, 2020. Almost 3 weeks before I ever ordered it. I filed a complaint the resolution was closed not in my favor. Said the seller reached out, which is false and they closed the complaint. Seller will not respond to e-mail or phone calls. PayPal is in on the scam and not helping.
I have reached to paypal customer service and nothing.
