Hello I need help I ordered a water slide for my children and I paid $99 well the people I never got my package I did not get my money back I went to the resolution center and they are telling me that I can't get my money because they UPS see the where they gave me the someone else's tracking number how can I get help how can I get my money back or the things that I ordered for my children know this is very very wrong we cannot let these people get away with doing this I just only imagine how many more people have they done this to can anybody please help me I don't know what to do
