I have purchased an item on ebay from Ukraine and paid for it through my PayPal account. My item took too long until it arrived. I've contacted ebay to complain about it and they issued a full refund. After a couple of days i received my item and messaged the seller to inform her. After few day's she asked me to pay her as ebay issued a full refund. I transferred the amount to her PayPal account and she requested the transaction number. After a day or two i received text messages from the bank informs me that my credit card is being used on PayPal. When i logged into my PayPal account i didn't find those transactions in the activity list. I searched for the PayPal account owner who charged my card and it was related to a Ukrainian site. Could anyone tell how can the transaction number used to hack my account. Thanks
