Filing dispute doesn't let me include photos for proof

In the past, when I got scammed, I usually was able to get my money as soon as I filed a dispute and there were more options than just unauthorized transactions. I got scammed out of 40 USD. I bought virtual goods through Instagram, their username is animaljamseller4 Part #1 I opened up about buying their virtual goods for salePart #1 I opened up about buying their virtual goods for salePart #2 About to send 40 USDPart #2 About to send 40 USD<removed>Part #3 I sent 40 USD.<removed>Part #4 They blocked me.Part #5 I couldn't see their page after sending 40 USDPart #5 I couldn't see their page after sending 40 USD

 

My problem is I was not able to include photos for proof while filing for the dispute. I am worried that PayPal will not accept my request.. Someone please help me
