I filed a claim against a seller from China who sold me a 5" long broke bulldozer in place of a 18" remote bulldozer that I purchased in July. Paypal still has the case open and has given me until 10/7 to file a response or they will close the case. It will not allow me to file a response and I have emailed paypal on several occasions to no avail. No one will respond to me and I have very little time left. I have provided several pictures to paypal and I don't understand why any of this is still an issue. This claim has been going on nearly 2 months much longer than the 20 days stated per their policy. I am going to lose my money to a fraudulent seller and paypal has helped them because I am unable to call anyone. Does anyone have a working phone number for paypal? Can someone please help me?
