Update Resolution Center with Correspondence

Hi first off I would like to apologize for PayPal placing its customer service responsibilities on a community of PayPal users. I know you are all kind helpful people but people (or you) should really be paid for the work you to. Pretty despicable how they also absolve themselves of any responsibility whatsoever by saying your answers are not their answers. Anyhow I guess this is the post apocalyptic version of customer service. I have a resolution center dispute. Apparently PayPal closes the meant to be protection disputes without blinking an eye so I would like to update my dispute with correspondence from the company that says they have filed a claim for the missing or lost package. Does anyone know how to update correspondence in the resolution center? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.
