I sent an item that got damaged. I need to file a USPS insurance claim and am really not clear on the process. Can anyone give me clear concise guidance, please?

After you read the info, there is a Start an Online Claim button at the bottom:

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
