I paid for an item via my card on ebay so my first question is if paypal is able to claim that money back even though I didnt techincally make it through paypal? I am unable to make a dispute as it doesn't show up on my paypal. The ebay warranty is up unfortunately, as I was messed around for so long. I was promised a replacement but the seller has been out of contact for a couple of weeks, so I'm obviously not too happy. Is the only way to start the process by phone call? I am unable to call, and the message center doesn't show the transaction so I'm unsure of what to do! Any advice massively appreciated!
