Falsely Permanently Limited my account in violation of the Paypals Acceptable Use Policy.

My account was permanently limited due to an accusation that I've violated some part of the Paypals Acceptable Use Policy. No where in my transaction history does it show any violation of any part of the agreement. I've called and they won't authorize me to speak with the department that handles these so called "inspections" and they won't even let me file a dispute because they insist on it being permanent when they falsely accused me of violating. Where can I file a dispute to get them to recognize their mistake?

Sadly nowhere, if they say you have violated their acceptable use policy then best go read up on it to see why, however permanent means they no longer want to offer you the services of their site.

Well unlike many, I did read it. My history includes dominos, gaming, hulu, anime subscriptions, and sending money and receiving money from friends and family.

Yeah, not that kind of gaming bub. Elder scrolls, World of Warcraft, and other online MMORPG games. Come on, are you seriously gonna ask me private information? I've read every section of the policy, I can read English since it is my primary language. I would appreciate it if you stop scrutinizing every word I'm saying. If I read it, then I've read it.

The bottom line is I've read the policy and none of my activities pertain to violating the Paypals Acceptable Use Policy and therefore the Permanent Limitation was done on false pretenses. I've already submitted a dispute through BBB because I have my history, I know what I've been doing and this action has affected a few number of subscriptions because I Tusted paypal for their services and integrity for the past few years now. And now this happens. So yeah, I'm quite betrayed and displeased.

Consider yourself reported Mr./Ms. That statement was unwarranted and could have been left out of the discussion. It is both disrespectful and could be viewed as harassment considering that you've made your opinions known in the previous comments, so no additional action was needed on your part.

Well as I said reading is not your forte is it, how can it be if I have already told you that you can't use your paypal account for gaming, you did so and were banned but you can't understand that.
If you don't like my opinions then fine but nothing I posted was either incorrect or harrassing, just something you did not want to hear or accept.
So report away, will make 0 difference to me and you will still be banned unfortunately.

You truly are unbelievable. What classification would it be for World of Warcraft, Elder Scrolls Online and other variety of video games that sell their products and use paypal services. If what you said was the case, then Paypal would be permanently limiting about 30% roughly of their clients and customers at least. That isn't an exaggeration. Additionally, Amazon and many other retail businesses sell products such as that through paypal. I think your incredibly naive to make that statement. Just go to another thread please. This post is meant for the moderators to discuss with me, otherwise they will have to work with BBB to rectify their mistake.
