Some of your products or services are in violation of the  Paypal Acceptable Use Policy

 

I only use paypal for subscriptions such as spotify, xbox live and paying my friends back for drinks or food

 

Now my account is limited forever??

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
