Fake Website Scam

Fake Dyson website took over $300 claiming discount on Dyson product which they did not actually sell. They took the money from me through Paypal and made it look like they had delivered item to me with fake tracking number associated with a random address not associated with me at all.  I gathered all proof from sites, UPS, etc., presented it to PayPal and even presented to the Attorney General of Washington State but Paypal refuses to acknowledge that the tracking number was a fake and the address it was connected to, not mine at all.  PayPal is refusing to refund my money and I am going to sue them in small claims court.  Anyone else experienced a scammer Dyson site?  Dyson acknowledged that the fake Dyson sites pop up all the time and just keep re-appearing and taking consumers' money while providing no products and fake tracking numbers indicating that the products were delivered.  Any thoughts to add to my case?  Attorney General will continue to add to this scamming file if it sees multiple instances of this happening.  Tell me your story and I'll help add it to the file so they can manage PayPal and their scam sellers.

www.dyproshop.com is a fraudulent website.  Their contact information is a fabrication.  The emails get returned and the phone number goes to an actual person.  PayPal will not address or fix this.  I will have to go through my credit card company to get it fixed.
