Failed to dispute an unauthorised transaction

I am very upset and frustrated after PayPal closing an unauthorised payment case. I have no idea who ordered an item from Catch au without my knowledge and I tried to explain with PayPal. However, after a few hours reviewing my case, It just said:
"Thank you for reporting this case. After reviewing your case, we found that this transaction wasn't unauthorised and hence wasn't eligible for Buyer Protection. We've noted the account changes you've reported with this case."
This is an absolute disappointment. I trusted PayPal for years and has been a loyal customer. I have always thought PayPal values their customers and protects the buyers. However, after this issue, I would have reconsidered using PayPal as my payment method.
PayPal, you lost my trust
Anyone can help me what to do after being refused by PayPal?
