I bought a virtu phone for $3650 from an Ebay Seller (RoyalSkay Ltd- Atanas Petkov) and paid for it. It has a fault and the seller agreed to return. He later play around with time, initially refused to take it upon return. DHL returned it to me. I filed dispute with PayPal, when he saw that PayPal was involved he wrote to me, and sent me a return slip. He eventually received the item back on November 1 2018. At this time, ALL time frame for complaints with Ebay and Paypal expired. He kept the item, and did not refund. I contacted him several times, he did not respond again. Ebay and Paypal told me that because of the lost time frame, they cannot help me with my refund. From all actions of this seller it is Fraud. What else can i do..
