Just to prevent everyone about the company Yeemall Trade Co.Ltd

Bought a Computer from them and received a very cheap 1 dollar hat instead. After opening a dispute at Resolution Center, PayPal asked me to resend the product to the Seller to get a full refund (US$35) after the seller "confirm the reception". 1st, resending to China the cheap Hat with a track system will cost me about US$20. 2nd, Who in the name of God ensure me the seller "confirm" if they scammed me before?. This is how PayPal protect us from scammers????

I thought I purchase a compost tumbler from a website called barrodones, but did not get any reply after I purchase  the product $99.00 and then I called the website  and got a busy signal  Tried for several days etc busy.  Red flag went and filed a complaint thru pay pal .  Called the 800 number and they were receptive to contact the seller .    I received my snowflake from Cranberry NJ. and look up BFE corp and found the PayPal website with all these cases of Fraud.  Now, I am going to call PayPal and get my refund which they said they would honor caused I called them before the transaction was complete.  It the fraudulent website comes up with other legitimate websites during a google search, so it is impossible to separate the fraud from the real websites.  Hope I can get my money, if not I will stop using PayPal!

You are covered under the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy, if you do not receive an item you purchased, or the item you receive is significantly not as described.

 

In the cases of an item not received, we will require valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer's location. If this is not received, the claim will be closed in the buyer's favour. 

 

In the case od an item not as described, if the claim is granted in the buyer's favour, they are required to return the item to the merchant in order to receive a full refund.
