I am not a complainer by nature. I just returned something on Amazon for the 1st time ever. I hear some people do that so much they get banned. I left work on Feb 21st to have foot surgery. I knew I would be home for 12 weeks. I ordered clothing from a company called Annie Cloth. BIG mistake. That same day they ( I know because its the same day -duh-and its the same bank in CHINA ) so they ATTEMPTED to take apx $52.00 from my bank, well I check my checking account regularly so I saw it right away and disputed it. Next day I get locked out of my PayPal from sending payments -turns out the Annie Cloth company got flagged. I said " No thats not the transaction I wanted stopped " but I failed to see the connection at that time, since I was about to have foot surgery I was under duress and then after surgery in pain. So I stopped them from stopping the payment to them. Then it occured to me, wait a minute, I didn't buy that stuff through PayPal? In fact my bank had asked about the other transaction and I said " no its not on my PP transactions " well little did I know they were all in kahoots! Now I have been treated with such disrespect by all of these companies. Everyone but Chase has deserted me. Please go look at the Facebook page for Annie Cloth. They took advantage of the fact that all the stores were closed and ppl were desperate for new clothing. I NEED to get this resolved but PP and AC are both treating me like its no big deal. I do this for the greater good and because after dealing with this I had a fricken heart attack! There are A LOT of other " ghost " and " fake clothing company's , they run stuff through your PP without your permission then LIE! There are the things I think they could get in trouble for 1. Using your PP without your consent. My purchase was made direct through my bank. 2. Saying it's " been shipped " so you can't cancel -THAT is a LIE! You have every right to! 3. Saying you can track it, you then go to USPS and their so called tracking says it left their warehouse but went to who knows where!? I am SHOCKED AND APPALLED that there is not stricter laws about how you USE USPS to claim something is " shipped " and laws about claiming you can " track " your order. No there is no order in the mail, these people if you can call them that, I call them chodes and cretans-they took advantage of ppl the way someone hacked Wash States Unemployment INSURANCE and stole from them. There are Cyber Grifters that are JUST GETTING STARTED! Lets please stick it to them where it counts by changing the laws! LOOK- i SELL ON eBay. I ship t-shirts ALL OVER THE WORLD! No one has had to wait more than 2 weeks! The fact that they are using Covid as an excuse is JUST **bleep**!
