Email sent to me about an order I didn’t place

I got an email with a receipt for something I didn’t order. But it doesn’t show in my Paypal account. Also none of my payment cards have been charged. I want to make sure I don’t get charged not sure hot to dispute since it doesn’t show in my account but I got the email

I am sorry about your issue. Please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out via private message through Facebook or send a direct message through Twitter.
