Claim and Refund

I had a claim that PayPal decided. They gave the buyer a full refund but he must send the items back within 10 days. What happens if he does not return my items in the allotted timeframe?

He has to provide trackable proof of delivery of the item back to you and if he does not do that in the allotted time then you should win the dispute.

But don't try refusing delivery as that will show and he will get refunded anyway.


Advice is voluntary.
