Hello - I think I was scammed by this company. I ordered wigs and they charged me, then they cancelled my account and gave me a tracking number that was not real. I trusted them because they had PayPal as a method of payment. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. But I also filed it with my credit card company, so PayPal cancelled my dispute I think. I don't know what I'm doing, so if anyone has advice that would be great. I encourage anyone who sees this to not purchase from this company and if you have been scammed to file a dispute. I hope that PayPal will stop doing business with them!! You may see them as: Elysse dot store or Shenzhen Jiangongshan Network Technology Co., Ltd. SCAM!!

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.
1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
Sadly as you filed with your credit card at the same time as you opened one with paypal then you lost your paypal buyer protection.
Lets hope your card issuer comes through for you, good luck.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

The bigger question is, if PayPal knows this store is scamming people...why is PayPal an option for payment? If you all know all of these things about a company, I can't understand why you'd do business with them? The only reason I trusted them was that I could pay with PayPal. I guess now we all know that you guys being on a website in no way indicates their credibility. Furthermore you can know that they have all the markings of a scam, have feedback from countless customers, and continue to allow PayPal as a pay option.
The reason that I filed it with my credit card was that I didn't know I shouldn't considering I started to see all these complaints from other PayPal users saying it was unresolved. The company gave me a fake tracking number. I couldn't log back in to see my order. It just started to become obvious what was happening. All things considered, I am glad I filed with my credit card as I'm leaning toward trusting them more than PayPal at this point. Thanks for your reply. In the future I won't assume that PayPal has integrity in their business practices when sketchy merchants use them as a pay option.
