The bigger question is, if PayPal knows this store is scamming people...why is PayPal an option for payment? If you all know all of these things about a company, I can't understand why you'd do business with them? The only reason I trusted them was that I could pay with PayPal. I guess now we all know that you guys being on a website in no way indicates their credibility. Furthermore you can know that they have all the markings of a scam, have feedback from countless customers, and continue to allow PayPal as a pay option. The reason that I filed it with my credit card was that I didn't know I shouldn't considering I started to see all these complaints from other PayPal users saying it was unresolved. The company gave me a fake tracking number. I couldn't log back in to see my order. It just started to become obvious what was happening. All things considered, I am glad I filed with my credit card as I'm leaning toward trusting them more than PayPal at this point. Thanks for your reply. In the future I won't assume that PayPal has integrity in their business practices when sketchy merchants use them as a pay option.
