Hello I have bought a brand new ebike in july. It was great fun until i washed it! The water gets stuck inside the frame and shorts out across the connector terminals where the removable battery connects with the frame. Ive just sent it back to the manufacturer, likely for a repair. Whilst its there, what are my rights? If they just replace the broken parts itll simply break again next time it sees water. The problem is a known one amongst the owners of these specific bikes. So its something that the manufacturer has probably got wrong. Can i refuse it when they fix it if they havent improved the water resistance of the bike? Its within 6 months of original purchase. Bought through paypal. Thanks in advance
