I paid for an item on eBay using my debit card and this was processed via PayPal payment system. I never received item and contacted eBay who advised me that item was covered since it was purchased on eBay.ie. They told me it was covered by PayPal. However I am unable to raise a dispute on PayPal because the transaction isn’t on my account. I do however have the PayPal transaction number
