A buyer opened a return on a faulty item on Ebay. Now my funds for that purchase have been "put on hold" and my balance is showing as negative (£-11). I'm not really sure how I solve this because if I put the money in to make it 0 surely I won't have enough for the refund and would have to put the same amount in again?
I'm very confused and don't want to risk losing even more money on a return.
