Hello All,
Having an issue with a purchase in eBay where PayPal, perhaps because of their close relationship, does not even want to open a case on. The scammer crated a USPS label but never sent the item to USPS.
The item is overdue by a week and the USPS tracking site reports it has not received the item even though the PayPal site says the item has been shipped.
I'm trying to open a case with PayPal to stop payment, after existing all options on the eBay site but seems their systems are setup to protect scammers in eBay, their sister company.
Any advise on how to stop this payment? I'll bring it up to my bank so hopefully no charges will be paid at all.
