Received a chargeback , from institution , for full service rendered, with documentation of that service sent to paypal, tried contact with customer through ph,txt, email to no avail. Donation to local non profit went out on E check along with total charge back amount , i'm actually and physically out the $652 bucks, yet says "under review" in details, do I just wait? , thank you
