Duplicated charge on Paypal but only one product received.

Hello, Good evening, I hope you can help me since it's late already to call the customer service lines, the thing is that I bought a game on my playstation store, but I received three charges on my bank account, two were completed and the other one is on hold, when I go to Paypal history I have two transaction numbers for the same game, I already contacted playstation and they showed me where to locate the payment history and there's only one charge, as I was talking with the representative he also mentioned that they just received one payment and there's no refund to provide, and if I place a dispute It will suspend my playstation account until the payment is settled, that's the reason why I don't want to file the dispute but I definetly want my money back, I know that the one on hold I can just ask the bank to release the funds but with the additional payment from paypal? it shows both payments as completed.

Hi @nelsontejada, 

I'm sorry to hear of the concern. 

It sounds like you could be referring to an Authorization transaction. This can result in the money being placed on hold until the order completes. Once the order completes, the hold should be removed.

Thanks Tricia, I thought that at first but in PayPal the status is completed, the same with my bank, and when I go to play station there's only one purchase.
