Dear Sir. I sent 100 Euro to my friend from my bank account. I had 100 Euro in my account but later PayPal sent the money back to my account. Ok that was not problem. I had about 53 euro in my PayPal balance but I was Negative to the same amount and PayPal ask me to pay back that negative balance before I can pay or buy something. Ok I did that and today I checked my bank balance and PayPal has take about 102 Euro from my account without any explanation or transaction details. This means I have made double payment to PayPal which I can't understand. Thanks
