This can be a troubling situation so I apologize if it has caused frustration.
Sellers are responsible to get an item to the buyer when the buyer purchases an item. If they have provided tracking information that shows the item is delivered, they have fulfilled their duty when it comes to the dispute process. The one thing I would recommend is to call the postal service and open a claim to make sure the package was delivered to the correct house.
The other thing you can do is reach out to your local police department to report mail theft. This is the next step if the postal service confirms the item was delivered to your house.
