Don’t buy in GOGOBUY

I bought an item and they sent me a different one, now they don't want to return the money and paypal gave gogobuy the reason it's unfair

Hello, @abby2373. Receiving something different from what you ordered is no good, for sure! PayPal absolutely wants to help as best as possible, however.

 

To submit a dispute saying what you received was not as described, please take a look at https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/i-didn't-receive-my-item-or-it's-different-than-describe... for steps you can follow and more information on the dispute and claim process.

 

Once you submit a dispute, you can communicate with the seller. If that doesn't resolve the situation, please escalate the dispute to a claim before the 20 day deadline passes. PayPal will then take a look and decide how to proceed.
