I am new here and not sure what to think. I ordered an item on July 16, 2020. I never received this item.Then on August 4th I sent a message to PayPal to start a claim. They of course told me to contact the seller. When I told them I already tried with no success, they never got back with me. I then started a dispute. they have had my case in resolution since. The resolution date keeps being pushed further and further out with no communication at all. Is this normal?!!!!!
