Hi everyone, I recently had a claim with a seller. To cut a long story short I agreed to close the case for a 60% refund, so I did but then heard nothing back I then asked PayPal to help and they said they emailed the seller and I we heard nothing back by 01/09/2020 they would close in my favour. But now again I’ve heard nothing back has anyone any idea where I go from here. Thanks 😊

This has become a typical tactic of Chinese sellers.  They send something other than the advertised item and then ask you to keep the item in exchange for a partial refund.  Stay away from anything that appears to be a Chinese seller, although sometimes they outright lie and say it ships from the USA.
