Hello! I have a problem where someone has access to my account and keeps making 100 euro purchases on my account. I have disputed the charge but it says it's a common charge that I've made. I only have authorized one purchase from this company and the rest were unauthorized. Is there a way I can still dispute these charges and is there a way I can find where these purchases are being made/ where my account is being logged on to? I'm trying to contact Paypal though customer service by calling but I've been waiting for about 2 hours already. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Check if you had a subscription set up. Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
