I cant locate the dispute anywhere in the resolution center. I got an email stating that i caan check the status of the claim yet the link shows an error message. I followed the directions of you cant locate it andi still cant find the case info anywhere. I have the cse number but where else can i find that information. Im worried now because it seems like most disputes are denied when clearly they should have been approved or won....i dont have alot of faith now with paypal. Help please....

I am sorry about your issue. You can locate in your dispute in your Resolution Centre. Please, try from the desktop version of your mobile or from your laptop. Check the "Open cases" and the "Closed cases". If that is not the case, to contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
