there has been 4 disputes towards a friends paypal account in which now her account is Locked and Negative balance. i cancelled the disputes, i have reference numbers for all 4 disputes to place the money back into her Locked account. my credit card has been charged for all 4 payments yet her paypal account is still showing a negative balance. i closed all 4 disputes and when i go to my account, nobody has even reviewed the disputes or anything. it says "waiting for sellers response". but how can my friend respond with her account Locked. ive been waiting 2 hrs now in chatroom waiting to speak to someone so i can give them the reference number so they can replace money back into my friends account . very frustrating dont know what to do
