Dispute ID PP-D-87018066
Hi I filed a dispute as a buyer back on oct 8 for money sent on oct 1. I withdrew that dispute on the same day. I have provided proof of the withdrawal as well as the transaction from my bank. I've also got on the phone with Paypal and my bank at the same time but I'm getting the same story. My bank says it's out of their hands as they sent the fund to paypals merchants services/bank on nov 2 and payapl needs to claim the money. Paypal is saying the bank hasn't sent the money yet and they don't see it. right now $480 is missing and I don't know what to do and I want this seller to get their money but would like to not double pay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
