Hi everyone
I purchased an item on eBay several weeks ago. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged, I contacted the seller regarding this, they refused to provide return details, so I opened up an eBay returns case, where I got sent an automated returns label (for a maximum of 2kg), although the package weighed 40kg+. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, eBay customer services were not reachable by email or phone. I contacted the seller regarding this, who were no help at all so I decided to open up a PayPal dispute in order to resolve this matter. I have just received an email from PayPal saying that a full refund will be provided when I send the item back. Am I liable for return costs if the item arrived damaged?
