Dispute rejected and credit reversed

I returned 2 orders to ikea. They received them sept 30, but haven’t issued a refund. I contacted PayPal and they issued provisional credits. On thanksgiving they emailed me asking for tracking number (which I previously provided). Then, because I didn’t get back to them in a timely manner (3 days) they emailed me saying they were reversing my credit and charging me for the credits they gave me. What can I do? I can’t get an agent to call me back.

Sadly for buyer protection you have to respond to paypal within 24 hours / promptly.

Can you do a chargeback via your card issuer or chase it up with the company?
