I bought flooring off of marketplace recently. She tried to request the money but it wouldn't work so I sent it as a payment to friend I believe. I can't open a dispute on it since it wasnt made through an invoice. What options do I have. It was $500 and I do not have the product. She gave us assorted flooring and not the 400 sq feet of what was advertised.
