I purchased an item which turned out to be from a scammer site. The purchase was made using PayPal. I created a PayPal account in order to raise a dispute. I raised the dispute and received an email with the Case ID however, when I click the link I get an error message saying something has gone wrong with a suggestion to go to the resolution centre however, the resolution centre that says I have no open cases. I created the case on 8th May 2020. I was asked to add my credit card details to the account via a scripted email, I have had issues doing this as the card is a USA card (I am currently in the USA). I emailed support on 8th May & 10th May and messaged yesterday & today, still no response from support, can anyone help?
