Hi, My buyer reported my account the 4000 pesos she sent me. I already transferred her payment to my bank account. Now, my account has negative balance and everytime my buyers sends payment it was being auto deducted on my end. I have talked to her and made clear to her what happened. She said she would cancel it. She cancelled it on her end but on my end there is still a pending case. Please advise.
